71st Annual Illinois Oil & Gas Association Trade Show and Convention

on March 2 - 3, 2017
The registration form has been updated to be all inclusive. You may register for tickets, exhibit booth, and sponsorship all in one place. Use the section that you need, and
leave the others as they are or complete all three. Please be certain to fill in the "total number of badges needed".
This will bring up the next page allowing you to insert each individual name, ticket type, and company name.
The registration for Exhibitors is now open.
You may register to present your company or organization at the 2017 IOGA Annual Meeting using the link at the bottom of the page before February 10, 2017.
The cost for a member booth is $450. Non-member booths are $550. Each booth is 8' deep and 10' wide and includes electrical outlets.
There will be a deli lunch served in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, March 2. No other meals are included in your booth reservation.
Exhibitor set up is scheduled for March 1. Exhibitors may set up any time after 3:00 pm on that day.
Tear down is on Friday at noon.
Ticket registration is also open online. Member tickets for the 2-day event, including meals, are $175.
The all-inclusive couples ticket covering the 2-day event is $240.
Non-Member tickets for the 2-day event are $220.

IOGA will have blocks of rooms reserved for our guests at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino, the Le Merigo, and the new DoubleTree Hotel that is connected to the convention center. Shuttles will again run between all hotels, casino, and the convention center throughout the event.
